Founder & Managing Director
Wainfen Victor founded Cameroon Diving Services Sarl in 2014 with a vision to deliver world-class underwater services across African ports. With over 12 years of commercial diving experience, he has led the company from a single-port operation in Douala to a pan-African service provider covering 40+ ports across the continent. Victor holds IMCA-certified commercial diving qualifications and has completed specialized training in underwater welding, NDT inspection, and saturation diving techniques.

He brings 15 years of maritime operations experience, including 8 years managing underwater construction and inspection projects for the oil and gas sector in West Africa.

Lead Commercial Diver & Welding Specialist
Pierre is one of the most experienced underwater welders in Central Africa, with over 10 years of wet and dry-habitat welding experience. He has completed over 500 underwater welding projects including pipeline repairs, platform structural work, and emergency vessel repairs across West and Central African waters.
